Details
As part of scl3 turn off the Firefox CI will be talking to Balrog admin using different source IPs. We'll be using the NAT gateways we added in bug 1361930.
Please add ASAP 34.196.254.227/32 and 34.209.253.181/32 to the IP allowlist for Balrog admin, for prod and stage.
Lets leave 63.245.214.82 there for now, we'll loop back to that later this week.

We can go ahead and remove 63.245.214.82 now.
