Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:62.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/62.0
Build ID: 20180913170256

Steps to reproduce:

Went to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/users/auth.

Actual results:

Could not login with my GitHub, Google, or any other third party login.

Expected results:

I should have been able to click a button that would let me log in via GitHub, Google, Twitter, others.
Not being able to login via a third party, like I can here on Bugzilla, or on discourse.mozilla.org, adds extra steps to the process of asking for help on support.mozilla.org. Personally, I should seldom need to use support.mozilla.org, so I really don't want to add yet another online account to manage.

I know it can be very frustrating when you are looking for help. Anything that can be done to make looking for help easier will help prevent that frustration from boiling over.
Summary: Add support for Github/Google/Oauth/Third Part login so that users don't have to create yet another account when looking for help. → Add support for Github/Google/Oauth/Third Party login so that users don't have to create yet another account when looking for help.

Obsolete now?

We have just implemented Firefox Accounts. I'll close this as won't fix for now.
