Darkspirit -- Thanks for all your help with testing and investigation.  You linked this bug to bug 1421199.  What was your reasoning?  I don't see the connection, but perhaps you do?  If so, I'd love to hear more.  We're not sure yet what could be causing this, and I'm not aware of anyone who can repro this.  Any thoughts/insights are welcome.  Thanks!!
