When printing page, mozilla tries to turn the background of all
elements to white and text color to black to save user's printer.

But that is not applied to some constructs of html, here is a sample
of them - background and text color of <INPUT>'s of all types and of <SELECT>
and of <PRE> is not changed. This seems to be a bug since it will be
difficult to print pages from lame sites that don't specify css rules
for printing..

I am seeing the problem with both PostScript and Xprint module... I assume this
is a crossplatform issue...

I prefer not change background for <INPUT> and <SELECT> and just change
background for <PRE>. Because without the background, input element's look&feel
will be funny.
