if I open the mail&news agent for the first time when I started mozilla It will
open an url in my browser.It will open the url

I haven't put it in any setting and I heve never heard of the site.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.close mozilla
2.start mozilla
3.open mail & news client
Actual Results: It will open the url
http://apps5.oingo.com/apps/domainpark/domainpark.cgi?s=find&dp_lp=7&cid=GOTO6262&dp_format=1.3&dp_p4pid=idealab&dp_own=Idealab&dp_cm=_b&dp_c1=000099
in my browser(and opens news&mail)
Expected Results: just show news & mail
