iOS beta 14
STR:
1. Disconnect iOS device on Desktop (FxA account setting > Devices & apps)
2. Refresh and verify iOS device is no longer listed under Devices & apps
3. Go to iOS device and verify sync is disconnected
Actual: Sync is still connected on iOS device.
Expected: Sync should be disconnected on iOS.
