Under preferences, there appears to be no method of selecting the program one
will use to send mail when clicking on a "mailto:" link.  This also applies to
News.  Despite the fact that M$ has bundled a free Mail & News client in Outlook
Express, I use Outlook for Mail and MicroPlanet Gravity for News and expect to
continue doing that regardless of browser.  It would be convenient if the
"helper program" feature were somewhere under Preferences so that this could be
accomplished.  Am I missing something?

Expected Results:  Launched MS Outlook

We should use the OS default. Known bug.
