STR: 1. Load the attached document in Firefox 2. Load the attached document in Chrome ER: Agreement in how to size the columns of the table. AR: Both browsers seem to disagree about which column should be large.

FWIW, Edge (InsiderPreview), and OperaPresto (12.15), and Safari 11.1 all match Chrome here. So we seem to be the only engine with our rendering on this testcase.
