User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.81 Safari/537.36 Expected results: We should set media.navigator.streams.fake to true in the testing profile for WPT so that tests (e.g. webrtc) can `getUserMedia` from fake streams.

Since bug 905404 has been fixed, we can simply add a line to testing/profiles/web-platform-tests/user.js. I'll send a patch.
