Details
The VideoTrack class is a new, alternative path to the MediaStreamGraph for video. It will be based on a TaskQueue instead of a GraphDriver.
A/V sync for purposes other than rendering in realtime will require a helper for re-clocking video timestamps to the audio clock.
This bug involves making something that works (not perfectly) and landing it prefed off.
