 - Nightly 64.0a1 (2018-09-24);
 - Beta 63.0b7
 - Release 62.0.2

Steps to reproduce:
 1. To go about:addons in a Private tab.
 2. Tap on the "Browse all Firefox Add-ons" in private tab.


Expected result:
- https://addons.mozzilla.org/en-US/android/ opens up in a private tab

Actual result:
- https://addons.mozzilla.org/en-US/android/ opens up in a normal tab
 

Notes:
- as trying to access the Add-ons main page from a private tab, would expect this to be opened up a in private tab not in normal one.

I'm not sure this actually matters, though I think it is also true in Desktop.

Hi, I can confirm this issue on the latest version of Nightly 67.0a1 (2019-02-28) using Nokia 6 (Android 7.1.1).
Also, I founded that if you open a private tab and write on the URL bar https://addons.mozzilla.org/en-US/android/, the Add-ons main page is opened in private tab.
