Details
URLs like http:/cgi-bin/... should assume the current web server and prefix the
'cgi-bin/...' part with that server hostname. Mozilla 1.0 (downloaded and
installed 6/5/2002 RC3 for Windows) tries to resolve 'cgi-bin' as the hostname.
