Yeah, this seems pretty glitchy. Is this on your team's radar, Martin?

Wontfix for 62 and 63, we already had the bug in 62 so I am not sure that this is a regression.
I have no idea how to fix that - we just change window border here, the window itself should not be touched. Looks like a Unity bug to me.

Not sure it's a Unity bug as I can repro myself on 18.04 and I use Gnome Shell.

I see. I didn't know it affects also gnome-shell, I don't see that on Fedora and I tested it on Ubuntu 16.04 only as the reporter says.
I can reproduce the issue using the latest Nightly 65.0a1 (2018-11-19) on Ubuntu 18.04 x64.
Too late to fix in 64. Marking this issue as fix-optional for 65; if you land a patch in nightly and think it's low-risk for beta, please request uplift.

Removing the regressionwindow-wanted keyword since the regression range was found the the bug was reported.

Desktop QA has been highlighting this defect as a known issue for several release cycles now, following regression testing. Martin, it would really help us if you set a priority on this bug β€” it will give us clarity on whether this issue is still worth mentioning in future test reports.

Flags: needinfo?(stransky)

It's Unity bug which is not supported any more. I can't reproduce it on gnome-shell so looks fixed for new Ubuntu versions.
