Mozilla 1.0 RC3 or so, Mac OS 8.6. When holding down the mouse button over the empty part of a working scrollbar, the context menu appears. This is good behavior when the mouse is over a page, but bad behavior for the scrollbar; instead, no menu should appear, and the page should continue to page down (or up, depending) as long as the button is depressed. Don't know if this occurs in form scrollbars (such as for a TEXTAREA) as well; if so, behavior should be changed as above.
