It is not possible to verify interoperability of TLS Exporter values generated by NSS with other libraries as neither tstclnt nor selfserv can be used to generate the TLS Exporter values for the connection. The switches should allow setting the label for exporter as well as how many bytes of keying material to export. See also bug 1312976
