Details

Mozilla Mail does not have a filter that allows matching of attachments.
e.g. "If the message contains an attachment of 170kb and is not a member of my
address book.."

Additionally, Outlook rules appear to be more powerful. e.g. "leave on server",
"stop processing more rules".
Then again Outlook rules always die when I get a lot of mail..
