Reftest percent-height-overflowing-image-1.html fails on Android (Firefox for Android's overlay scrollbars suggest there's more overflow for "overflow-x:scroll" vs. "overflow:auto", with the same overflowing content)

Spinning this off for a reftest failure for the reftest I'm adding in bug 1487537, called "percent-height-overflowing-image-1.html".
That reftest's testcase has a scrollable div, with a percent-sized image inside of it. In the part of the reftest that fails (the second row), the image is *barely* wider than the container - so it's expected to trigger a horizontal scrollbar to show up.
In the reftest failure screenshots, it looks like the scrollbar is a different length between the testcase vs. the reference case, which indicates that there's a different amount of overflow. I don't immediately see why this should be the case; hence, filing this bug and using it in a "fails-if(Android)" annotation.

Here's a reftest log snippet showing the test failure on Android.
(This is from a try run, before I added the fails-if(Android) annotation.)
