STR.
1. go to https://alastor0325.github.io/htmltests/autoplay_tests/
2. open "test01" in the new background tab
3. click the "play tab" icon showing on the tab
4. go the "test01" tab
Expect.
5. When "test01" tab is in the foreground, autoplay is temporary allowed, we should show permission icon in the permissions list

How do you think about this bug? should we show the permission icon when page has be allowed to autoplay?

I believe we had a bug closed about this before as UX or Johann agreed we should be showing a notification here, it wasnt specced that way and I dont think we should be doing it.
The notification icon seems useful for the case that a website is broken by the autoplay being blocked and the user can see how to fix it easily. If the website is autoplaying then it is working as expected (the user would have had to enable it previously) and if they would like to change the preference they are more likely to know to click the permissions doorhanger (there is still a small notification given in the identity icon)
