Details

If a theme were created with an excessively long description, not all of it
would remain visible in the space alloted for the description of the theme. The
description field of the themes pref panel needs to be flexible enough to
accomodate such cases.
Note that, when a theme has an excessively long description, the "Get New
Themes" link disappeares as well. This is covered by bug 149448, and the
testcase attached to that applies to this as well.
Confirming on 1.0RC3, Windows 98. See bug 149448 for more reproducibility
information.
