[Affected platforms]:
- not a platform issue, browser/survey_page one

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Access the following link with Internet Explorer: https://qsurvey.mozilla.com/s3/FF-Desktop-Post-Uninstall
2. Zoom in to the max value possible;
3. Scroll down and observe the footer section of the survey
4. If monitor is to wide, shrink the browser width;

[Expected result]:
- footer is contained, elements are properly wrapped

[Actual result]:
- footer section keeps a margin to left;
- text is not properly wrapped and overlaps the margin-bg

[Regression range]:
- not a regression;

[Additional notes]:
- looks like a css issue;
- not setting bug flags since it's not a browser related issue

Also, can we do something about the radio-buttons and center or shift them to the top position of the list entry?
