User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
1.Login to Application.
2.Click on Chat window.
3.Select friend's chat box.
Actual results:
When user click on Friend chat box at that time app must be show last seen with date and time.
Expected results:
When user click on Friend chat box at that time app should be show last seen with date and time (Last time when user open app that time show).

If that is available it should show on the tooltip of the conversation "tab".
