This page only comes up when I leave the history sidebar option by clicking on 
another sidebar or starting the application with the history sidebar open.  
Same page comes up ever single time.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start and change to history sidebar
2.Close application or change to another sidebar
3.Open application

Actual Results:  the following page opened

Expected Results:  not having the page come up everytime

This doesn't seem to be the top most page, as the duplicate bug suggests, 
because I have cleared the history from the preferences and when I go back to 
history then leave the page still comes up.
