Steps to reproduce:

Download .mp4 file
go to downloads
open downloaded mp4 file with firefox


Actual results:

A blank page is opened


Expected results:

A web player with the downloaded mp4, similar to opening a url of a mp4 file

I just tested downloading an MP4 file from here:

https://www.sample-videos.com/index.php#sample-mp4-video

The file downloaded successfully and I'm able to play it back through the iOS Files app.

Can you specify further details and perhaps a URL that is not working for you?

Clear a needinfo that is pending on an inactive user.
