Abdoulaye, can you take a look at this? Also we should support Ctrl+R and Ctrl+Shift+R. Hopefully you will only need to update the command (one place) versus at each <key>.

I have reproduced this issue with Nightly 64.0a1 (2018-09-30) (64-bit) on Linux(x86_64) I can verify that this is fixed in latest nightly Build ID 20181013100102 User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:64.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/64.0
