If you click the link above, you see 2 scrollboxes, a horizontal and a vertical
one and the scrollers are very small, because the page renders a mile in any
direction, while there is only content on top and on bottom and in the middle a
mile of whitespace. 
The same page looks fine in IE4-6.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click the link
2.enjoy the show on your screen
3.fix it!

Actual Results:  See description.

Expected Results:  A correct short rendered page is expected like IE shows.

I found another page and localized the problem:

The problem is that the content of this page is Japanese (doublebyte),
but the page has not the right encoding. This makes Mozilla bloat the
page.

I appears to be everywhere (ebay item details, amazon browse categories...etc.)

No one has any idea to fix it?

This bug is my number 1 annoyance with Mozilla right now, and makes quite a few
of my regular sites very annoying to the point of unreadable. The extremely long
blank spaces may even show up many times on the same web-page. A common factor
seems to be font face=arial, as the attachment shows as well. It certainly
deserves more than a future target milestone.
