This is effectively funnelcake137, but we've moved it to its own partner build (since that's really what it is)

We had an update to the extension, so we'll need one more spin.

I also bumped the repack.cfg to v2 so we'll need to update the bouncer link.

Bouncer is updated to point at the v2/ urls. I'll add a note for 63.0 and 62.0.4 (should we need one).
