In a review comment for my patch on bug 1495820, bz wrote: "This function is ... really questionable. I wonder whether we can rewrite this code using a WebIDL dictionary. That would avoid the problems it has with leaving dangling exceptions on JSContexts too... Can you file a followup for that?"
