Debian Testing, KDE, Xorg, GTX1060, 2560x1440 * Iframes are flickering at the top and bottom. Depends on window height (like bug 1475827). * The iframe content (https://material.io/design) has two grey lines at the bottom which shouldn't flicker when scrolling up/down. Regression date would be before 2018-01-15.
