I announced our intent to turn off ARMv7 HF builds before the geckodriver 1.0 release in https://lists.mozilla.org/pipermail/tools-marionette/2018-September/000035.html. In order to create as few surprises as possible before 1.0, we should turn off ARMv7 HF builds on Travis first.
