Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.0.0+) Gecko/20020605 This bug is brand-new. I did not exist in 20020602. Go to http://piology.org/mozilla/bugzilla/simple-query.html and press the submit button. The table freaks out for a short moment before coming back to its original position before the result is loaded. pi
Confirming issue in the June 7th build (2002-06-07-08 1.0.0) under Windows ME.

It also happens with Linux: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.1a+) Gecko/20020625 pi
OS: Windows 98 → All
Hardware: PC → All
It's still actual (Windows 2000): Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; de-AT; rv:1.3) Gecko/20030312 Alex.
Maybe this is the wrong component. Why would we rerender the page in the first place on submitting the form? pi
> Why would we rerender the page Because buttons trigger reflows when you click them (their paddings change). A minimal testcase would be very helpful here...
For some reasons the problem went away. pi
