This bug is brand-new. I did not exist in 20020602.
Go to http://piology.org/mozilla/bugzilla/simple-query.html and press the submit
button. The table freaks out for a short moment before coming back to its
original position before the result is loaded.

Confirming issue in the June 7th build (2002-06-07-08 1.0.0) under Windows ME.

Maybe this is the wrong component. Why would we rerender the page in the first
place on submitting the form?

Because buttons trigger reflows when you click them (their paddings change). A
minimal testcase would be very helpful here...

For some reasons the problem went away.
