1497481 - Stuttering scrolling on dlr.de when having a ustream live stream in another window

To prevent tearing with KDE/Nvidia, one need to enable "Force Full Composition Pipeline" in Nvidia X server settings (Display Configuration > Advanced).

Just wanted to file this bug for later, to check if it's only a KDE/Nvidia problem.

1. Install GeckoProfiler, close the perfhtml tab. Switch to the DLRnext tab.
2a. WR: Open GeckoProfiler Settings, paste "GeckoMain,Compositor,WRRenderBackend,WRSceneBuilder,WRWorker,Renderer", click apply.
2b: non-WR: Start the profiler.
3. Scroll the DLRnext page down and up by mouse wheel twice.
4. Click on the ustream tab, move it out of the window, snap it to one half of the desktop and start the live stream.
5. Scroll the DLRnext page down and up by mouse wheel twice. Press Ctrl+Shift+2. Wait for symbols. Share.

Haven't seen this problem with Ubuntu 18.10 and 19.04 (Gnome, Nvidia).
I will update this report once I've tested the original setup (Debian Testing, KDE, Nvidia) again.
