This crash signature is showing up in the 20181008100120 nightly build at a fairly low volume. It isn't new but it doesn't seem to have been filed before.

Only 1 crash in 64.0.1 in early returns and no crashes yet in 65 beta. Let's wait and see if we get any further volume.
