Added PaymentItem dictionary to documentation, with this field marked as obsolete:

Submitted PR to BCD repo to add this dictionary and include this new data:

Removed type entirely after MattN pointed out nobody ever shipped it before it was removed, and only Firefox ever implemented it at all.
