Added PaymentItem dictionary to documentation, with this field marked as obsolete:

https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/PaymentItem

Submitted PR to BCD repo to add this dictionary and include this new data:

https://github.com/mdn/browser-compat-data/pull/3134
Removed type entirely after MattN pointed out nobody ever shipped it before it was removed, and only Firefox ever implemented it at all.
