- Latest Nightly 64.0a1
- Firefox 4 (it's not a typo, it's actually 4)

- macOS 10.13.6
- Windows 10 64bit
- Ubuntu 16.04 64bit

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Visit this url (I had to shrink it): https://tinyurl.com/ybqjg9se
2. Click Edition dropdown.

[Expected result]:
- Elements from dropdown are correctly displayed

[Actual result]:
- Left part of elements are partially hidden from view

[Regression range]:
- This is not a regression since it reproduces on old Firefox 4 as well.

Hmm, not able to reproduce here on Mac OS X, Nightly 64.0a1 (Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.13; rv:64.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/64.0), although for me the Edition dropdown is using a <table> element.

I am unable to reproduce it as well on Nightly 64.0a1 and esr 60.3.0 (macOS 10.13, windows 7 and windows 10). Maybe something changed on amazon side.
