STR: 1) Start Firefox 2) Ensure the address bar is empty 3) Press enter Actual results: => FX_URLBAR_SELECTED_RESULT_METHOD is incremented in the "0" (aka "enter") category. You can keep pressing enter and it'll be logged each time. We probably don't want to do that as there's no actual action taken here, and this could adversely inflame our "enter" count if users accidentally clear the bar and press enter.

Since we don't take any action in this case, we shouldn't be logging telemetry for it.
