When a tabbed page calls javascript:close(), instead of the tab closing, the
entire window will close.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new tab in Mozilla
2. Load a page which continues a "Close this window" link (javascript) (any
page; you can try this fine site:
http://www.microsoft.com/games/midtown/patch_two.htm)
3. Click on the link
Actual Results: The whole window closes
Expected Results: The particular tab only should disappear

This bug has been fixed on the trunk and post-1.0 branch builds.
