http://w3c-test.org/css/css-writing-modes/line-box-height-vlr-011.xht shows a test failure in vertical text, on something that's reasonably basic -- borders aren't supposed to affect vertical alignment. I haven't debugged fully, but I suspect this is something wrong with this code: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/1ce4e8a5601da8e744ca6eda69e782318afab54d/layout/generic/nsLineLayout.cpp#2140-2148 which was added in https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/f77efca402c2 . (I don't understand what it's trying to do.)
