Per https://www.gijsk.com/blog/2018/10/firefox-removes-core-product-support-for-rss-atom-feeds/ should we resolve remaining open bugs and move this to FFx Graveyard?

Even after the removal there are still some other portions (notably our registerProtocolHandler support (which is a web standard)) which for historical reasons are part of the same pieces of code and have bugs filed in that component.

I intend to move that code somewhere more appropriate once the removal is complete. At that point I think we can move the bugs.

If there is a compelling reason to do so earlier I guess we could move the relevant bugs to Fx::General, update the in-tree info, and move the component, but it seems neater to wait a bit longer.

I don't think there's a rush to close down the component then. Please NI? me when you are ready to clean it up.
