Steps to reproduce:
The issue happens when going to twitter
Actual results:
Profile images don't show up. Instead they show a broken jpg image. If I right click the profile image I get a secure connection failed error:
Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to pbs.twimg.com.
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.

This doesn't happen with other versions of firefox
My version is firefox developer edition 63.0b13
listed as up to date
Expected results:
Should have seen profile images. I've attached examples
