Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.13; rv:62.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/62.0 Steps to reproduce: 1. Load a temporary extension from "about:debugging#addons" 2. Make a change in your code 3. Click reload Actual results: After clicking reload the extension is reloaded but there is indication that it has been. Clicking the button does not look like it is doing anything even though it is. Expected results: Some message or indication maybe a check mark to show it loaded successfully. There is an error that will pop up if it fails to load correctly.
I would like to add this is more of a feature request than a bug and if accepted I would love to work on it.
Hi Sam, Thank you for your contribution. As you mentioned in the previous comment, this seems to be more of an enhancement than an issue, therefore, I am adding this to WebExtensions:General in order to involve the development team and get an opinion on this. If this is not the proper component for this enhancement suggestion, please feel free to change it to a more appropriate one.
