1498932 - "undefined" options when opening magnet link

If you try to open a magnet link, like the one I've put in the URL field of the bug, there are "undefined" options.

Using mozregression, I've found that this is a regression from either bug 1484496 or bug 1484373.

Can you clarify which error are you seeing, and if you have a file reference?

To reproduce, in a clean profile:
1) Open this bug;
2) Click on the magnet link in the URL field of the bug;
3) Press "OK" to follow the link;
4) The dialog appears with two "undefined" options.

Before this regression, there used to be two options, "Transmission" and "qBittorrent".

Due to our company policy we are unable to use magnet links and torrent downloading programs. Can you please verify this issue on the latest nightly and beta builds?
