Via bug 1488899, TPS addon tests are failing - and it seems the failures are real and demonstrate a real problem with addon syncing. At first glance, it appears the problem is the same as described in bug 1456027 comment 1. For now, bug 1488899 is just disabling these tests in the interests of unsticking QA - so any fix here should re-enable those tests.
