new navigator window is invisible :: only shows in the window list. this is true
for all window :: javascript console, javascript debuger, mail, ...
was functionnal with version mozilla-win32-0.9.9

1) Which version are you using
2) theme used
3) clean install or overwrite previous one ?
4) tried with a blank new profile ?

fixed only if a patch is attached to this bug
worksforme would be correct but it's a dupe of another bug.
