Details
The Puppet Stackdriver logging class, stackdriver_aws, clobbers the Datadog process monitoring configuration file. Other classes, monitoring applications will conflict with this.
One option to resolve the problem is to move to the Datadog V6 client. The new directory structure and configuration style changes to /etc/datadog-agent/conf.d/process.d/*.yaml. We could have a fluentd.yaml and backend.yaml file in that case. However, moving to the V6 agent would require Puppet maintenance for a significant number of Puppet modules, namely: activedata, amo, autopush, blurtsserver, bugzilla, data, elmo, lando, mozphab, servicebook, shavar, and socorro

Closing this bug. We added a toggle to disable creating a process.yaml configuration for Datadog. Set "stackdriver_aws::monitor_fluentd: false" and add process monitor for fluentd to your process.yaml configuration.
