The testcase & reference case are in different fonts. The testcase is using a "serif" font (presumably the default), whereas the reference is using a "sans-serif" font (presumably DejaVuSans.ttf which is referenced by both of these test files).

So the testcase is failing to load the requested web-font (DejaVuSans.ttf), it seems.
