[Affected versions]:
- Release 63.0 (20181015152800)
- Dev Edition 64.0b1 (20181015220336)
- Nightly 64.0a1 (2018-10-15)

[Affected platforms]:
- Windows 10 x64
- macOS 10.13
- Ubuntu 18.04

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Open any video on ( eg
2. Click on the Settings button and choose the Subtitle option
4. Observe the content inside the panel

[Expected result]:
- The content is properly aligned.

[Actual result]:
- The content is misplaced.

[Regression range]:
- This is not a regression, I could reproduce this issue way back to Fx 33.0a1.

[Additional Notes]:
- Apparently the scrollbar has no function inside the panel, if the browser is resized the panel is just cut off (the cut off part is valid for Chrome also).
- When the options are changed, the panel increases its size accordingly, but the alignment problem is not fixed.

Dennis, maybe a webkit-scrollbar thing?

maybe a webkit-scrollbar thing?

Actually, no. No scrollbar is supposed to show up there, they planned the height exactly right so that it just works in Chrome, but in Firefox, there is some difference in line-height calculation, probably. This needs more diagnosis, but I wanted to be sure I don't have to include this in my -webkit-scrollbar work, hence the quick comment. :)
