Seem while looking at nightly crash stats: https://bit.ly/2J4E5nG. Further down in the stack this crash appears to be related to Web Replay. 7 crashes/3 installations on 10.13/10.14.

Marking 66 as affected based on one crash from 12-29.

#3 top crash for the Aug 14 OSX Nightlies, with 19 crash from 2 installations. Still looks record/replay related based on the stacks.
