 - Beta 63.0b15;
 - Release 63.0;

Steps to reproduce:
 1. Go to facebook.com.
 2. Observe the login fields.

Expected result:
 The login fields should be separated by a line.

Actual result:
 The login fields are nor separated.

Notes:
 Not reproducible on Huawei MediaPad M2 (Android 5.1.1), and OnePlus 5T (Android 8.1.0).

Hello,

I cannot find a regression range, it looks like it was reproducible since 01.01.2015.
I think this is device specific.

I can confirm that this issue is still reproducible using Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 (Android 8.0) on the latest ESR build: Beta 68.1b6.
