I am copying a Firefox job to Thunderbird that needs to submit its changes to Phabricator for review. This is the periodic-file-updates (blocklist.xml) Taskcluster scheduled task. The Firefox task submits to Phabricator via the "RelEngPhabricator" account. I would like to get an equivalent one set up for Thunderbird. "TBRelEngPhabricator" works for me. Please let me know if you have any questions or need approvals.
