0. Ensure that there is some movement on the about:performance page and rows are rearranging themselves.
1. Try to click an action button (either Show in Addon Manager or Close Tab)

AR: As the rows continually rearrange themselves, it is possible to end up clicking the action button of some other row, resulting in the wrong tab being closed or the about:addons page being opened.

Perhaps the action buttons should only be shown once a row is selected, and not merely upon hovering a row? The selected row retains its selection regardless of any row rearrangement, so that when a row rearranges right underneath your cursor, you would only end up selecting it, instead of closing its tab or opening its about:addons page as is the case currently.
